Sometimes things just fall into your lap, Dad passed away and I needed to sell his home. Norm Andrews was knowledgeable of all information needed to sell a home through an estate. Having never had to sell in this manner, I was comfortable in his guidance throughout the process and appreciated his extra time in answering my questions.
Norm had an initial meeting with me and followed up with both me and my brother assisiting us in a selling price for the home. He shared local comps and priced the house to sell quickly. Within days, we had several offers. We even got a bit more than we expected.
